Great idea Ed.   With the breeding bird survey going for five years, that publication could be of value to many people as they go to survey blocks.

A good topic for the board to consider.

  Hi Folks:  If you have had problems identifying land owners for Breeding Bird Atlas and going to the Yolo County Planning Department is a pain, Echoe Map Publish Company publishes Agri-Land County Books for each California county.  This is for rural and agricultural lands only, not cities or towns.  The last Yolo Book was published this year (2008).  It might be worth for YAS to order a copy for at least Yolo County and maybe adjacent counties.  The Yolo County book is $100 plus shipping and handling.

  I ordered a copy for myself, which Atlasers are welcome to use.  It has not arrived yet.
