[YoloBBA] Starting the Yolo BBA Mailing List

Hi everybody,

As you can see, I've created a mailing list for the Yolo County breeding bird 
atlas effort and have subscribed you all to it. You should have gotten 
a "Welcome to the YoloBBA mailing list" email which gives some information on 
how to post to the list, unsubscribe, and so on. If you need any help with 
the mailing list, just let me know.
